TT-Teknologia Oy has implemented a corporate restructuring with Kotera Group Oy. The company’s founder and CEO, Teemu Toppari, will continue to lead and own the company through Kotera Group’s shareholding. Antero Ojala will continue as the Chief Operating Officer. The agreement between the parties was signed on January 31, 2024. The change in ownership will not affect the company’s daily operations or strategy. The business will continue to operate under its own brand, independently, and under its own management.
The sale of TT-Teknologia Oy to Kotera Group is a strategic decision that allows both companies to leverage their strengths and accelerate growth. Joining a larger group provides financial and administrative support for developing the company’s operations.
